Artist Statement: "Farm to Table" is a diptych that speaks to the sometimes tenuous relationship we have with the food supply, and sometimes even with the physical experience of the Eucharist, as we discovered during the past two years of COVID. The “color registration” of these pieces is purposely askew, but the visuals are still clear, because throughout all uncertainties, God is ever-present and unchanging.
