Artist Statement: Hymn 448 - O love, how deep, how broad, how high, how passing thought and fantasy, that God, the Son of God, should take our mortal form for mortals' sake!

Bio: Leopold (Lee) A. Whiteman, Jr. received his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He combines his love of photography and music to create several musical photographic essays.

He is a contributing member of the Washington Township Council of the Arts in New Jersey, and a member of The Princeton Photography Club. He cites as his photographic influences Gordon Parks, Jeanne Moutoussamy-Ashe, James Van Der Zee, and Moneta Sleet
