Frank Logue

Bull River

Photograph

Artist Statement: The sunrise peeks under gathering thunderheads coming in from the Atlantic over Tybee Island, Georgia. Stitching together four photos taken with a drone allowed me to capture the grandeur of the morning.

Bio: Frank Logue is the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia. A former newspaper photographer, he documents the diocese on his travels for work, even as he enjoys continuing to take fine art photos in his other travels. In recent years, drone photography has become a part of his tool kit for capturing unique perspectives. A member of ECVA from its founding, he and his daughter, Griffin, have curated an exhibition, as have he and his wife, Victoria.
