The imagery is a synthesis of
western Christian symbols used to create a figurative
representation of Christ. Prayer rugs from the Middle East
inspired me to create this painting that is from a larger
series. Acrylic Paint is my preferred medium because of its
immediacy. |

I am a graduate
of Indiana University – Purdue University, Indianapolis: Herron
School of Art. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting. I
currently work for Luther Consulting, LLC in Indianapolis as the
Director of Supportive Services. I reside in Indianapolis with
my partner, Steve Fulk, and our cats.
