Moses and the Burning Bush by Suzanne Schleck (Egg tempera

By definition, painting an icon is an encounter with the
Spirit of God, often as manifested in the lives of his
saints. This is necessarily an experience of growth.
The icon of Moses and the Burning Bush reminds us that
God calls who He will to do His work.
