The process of creating art is for me a “virgin birth”. The spirit moves in me and something yearns to be brought forth. Almost always the creation is three dimensional and can be held and nurtured. The worship experience is very important to me and much of my work is devoted to creating art objects that enhance and expand that experience for members of the congregation. It is on Sunday mornings that new members “come and grow in the church”. My work helps to make that experience more meaningful.
