To see Mary and Jesus cheek to cheek and heart to heart is prayer. The embrace is so warm and yet knowing the future. The light shining from the two bodies fuses and focuses on the person in prayer. I especially trust my prayers for women to Mary, the tough and faithful person. My prayers at the time of painting with each stroke of the brush to see her face and hands emerge.
