cotton blend fabric, machine pleated, painted with textile paint

I pleated the fabric, ironed all the pleats in one direction and then painted in bright flame colors. When the pleats are pulled back across the frontal it makes a contrast of white lines, the colors being the flames and the white being the Holy Spirit wind.
