You can see it some
nights in the summer
lying on your back
in a high mountain meadow
with wisps of cloud veiling the stars
and revealing them one by one.
And you remember
all the heartbreak and the sludge
down there In the low places,
and you have to wonder, looking up,
about those hundred billion other
not quite possible worlds. |
