ECVA is an organization founded as a supportive network to serve artists and all others working at the intersections of art and faith. The proclamation of faith within the uber-visual circumstances of global culture is made richer, fuller, and more meaningful through the inclusion of the fruits of the artists' labor.

The Episcopal Church & Visual Arts exists to encourage visual arts in the lofe of the Episcopal Church. It is a community of artists, arts supporters, and art historians.

The Episcopal Church & Visual Arts website at www.ecva.org is an online resource center for artists, clergy, congregations and scholars who are engaged in the visual arts.

Dan Hardison is the ECVA website's Managing Editor. The site is open to all visitors and features exhibitions, esaays, liturgical resources, and educational opportunities. It includes a national registry of artists and congregations leading the field of art and faith.
