The construction of this piece developed from multiple paintings that had been painted six months prior to the event on 9-11-2002. After attending a healing service on 9-12-2002 my need to intercess for the many wounded individuals resulted in tearing these paintings and shaping them into the identity of the broken symbols of America blended with the healing powers of God's grace and love.
