In June the blue and white Southern landscape reaches out with
Hydrangea, Magnolia, Gardenia, and Agapantha to cool the heat
and make me wonder about the thoughtful and generous Spirit
who knows me so well and always brings my favorite flowers.
This year I memorialized my gratitude for this gift in a
design I call June. It was created on the fly at stolen
moments in my highly mobile studio as I went about performing
my usual jobs and keeping my schedules. It is part of a
poster series entitled Months which celebrates the gifts of
each month.
