Jesus Spends Time with the Little Children

Artist Statement: I imagined Jesus, sitting on a rock in the Texas Hill Country, spending time with two little boys and a pair of Canyon Wrens. This is a sacred place, filled with peace and wonder. Even though the world is full of confusion, we can always go to a place inside of ourselves and find a spot to sit and talk with Jesus, no matter where we are. We can grab his hand when we are desperate, and ask him to walk with us.
