Artist Statement: This Series of "Angels in the Courtyard" are all inspired by the statue on the grounds of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church in Austin, Texas.
I work in many mediums but have been especially interested in watercolor over the last 11 years. I grew up in a creative household with my mother teaching painting and being a very accomplished artist herself. Following in her footsteps, my goal has always been to try new mediums and subject matter as well as sharing what I have learned with other people who have a desire to create.
