| Warning from Above Oil |
Artist Statement: I painted these clouds, which were unusual, and ominous in the way they formed and reached across the sky. So many natural disasters today are beyond what our lives have ever experienced. I believe God in quite a loud voice is warning us to take note not only of Him but also of our neighbors, and of our environment. Are we being who He called us to be? Are we in right relationship with Him? If so no matter how frightening the days and times are, we can walk on with Him in peace. Bio: I have always been interested in art but didn’t start painting until 1995 while living in Clayton, NC where I begin taking art classes. |
