Artist Statement: Even though I always look for the ideal place, it seems like finding the perfect spot to pray, is the place I already am. There is something beautiful and holy knowing that God is everywhere. Bio: RaRa Schlitt lives in Maryville, Tn with her wonderful husband Tom. She is the mother of 5 children and enjoys being with family and friends. She is a member of the Good Samaritan Episcopal Church of Knoxville where she leads retreats with art and prayer. She is a folk artist, pediatric physical therapist, spiritual director and a member of several art galleries in the eastern United States. |
