Artist Statement: Each member of the Illuminators group at the Episcopal Church of St. Mary's, Phoenix, delighted in the flow of ideas that emerged from contemplating the Antiphon, O Emmanuel. Each member agreed that the brilliance of gold and white truly symbolized the glory and majesty of Jesus, the newborn King. The emphasis on the word "All," was intended to affirm that Jesus was born to save us all, and that we find Jesus in all those we meet.
