Artist Statement: The work Is a personal statement about finding my place in the world. I had journeyed from NY to Mexico to find my home. We are not that different around the world. What we want and how we live is reflected in part by our relationship to the earth. Bio: Mary Jane Miller is a passionate artist, iconographer, designer, teacher and author. Bilingual, Spanish/ English, bi-cultural marriage, American-Mexican. Successful designer, and previous art gallery owner. Master iconographer 20 years experience.
