The Prodigal Son
Conte Crayon, Charcoal on Acrylic and Canvas
40 x 40 inches

The younger son feels shame about his dissipation, and has a wall between himself and his father. The elder brother’s anguish is due to his perceived lack of freedom and justice. The father is full of grace, and is open and ready to give his unconditional love completely to all.

This could easily be a prodigal daughter!
