Women at the Well

Statement:
The women have come to the well, the fountain of life’s giving
water for the soul. There they draw up and receive the Holy
Spirit as the dove of God’s grace pours down and is that which
is the heart of our lord and savior, Jesus Christ.
Bio:
Last summer I began toying with photography and watercolor
painting. Since then creating paintings is my key to the
secret garden, my way down the rabbit hole, my looking glass.
Transforming a blank canvas into a work of art is magical and
mysterious, an adventure filled with prayer, the colors of a
rainbow and a world of fantasy and exuberance. My muse is
nature and the beauty of life reflected by, in and through
flowers. My work is very meditative as it explores and
excavates my heart and lifts my spirit unto God. |
