Statement: Her arduous labor complete, Mary's eyes reflect the joy of new motherhood and the fulfillment of God's promise. At this time the sacrifice that will be required later seems far away, obliterated in the bliss of sharing her newborn, perfect son.

 

Bio: Fata (Jáneva Goodbread-Mullinax) began her career in Florida and has been a professional artist and writer for over thirty years. This former vice president of the Miniature Art Society of Florida has won awards in Florida and Washington, D.C. Her commissioned works reside in private collections throughout the United States, England, Australia and Saudi Arabia. She has exhibited at ArtExpos and gallery exhibitions in New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Reno. The multitalented artist, writer, and poet has interpreted the works of acclaimed Chinese artist Karl Bang into poetry, and worked for Advanstar Communications on assignment for Art Business News, ArtExpo Preview, and The Art Collector magazines. Fata’s notable interview with master printmaker Deli Sacilotto of USF’s GraphicStudio appeared in New York’s SunStorm Fine Art. As editor-in-chief of the Directory of Artists, a hardbound publication from Art Collectors International, Inc., she composed biographies for over 40 contemporary and historic artists including Pablo Picasso, Rembrandt van Rijn, and Robert Rauschenberg.
