This is the first in a series, incorporating the Aaronic Blessing with aspects
of the creation that have spoken to me and inspired me with awareness of God's blessing.

I first encountered Watkins Glen Gorge returning from chaplaincy to the Finger Lakes Conference. Passing through this small upstate NY town, I glanced north from Main Street to catch a glimpse of this incredible geological formation. I was only able to spend a few hours that first stop, but have returned since to wander and wonder at the beauty unleashed by a massive ice age melt, made accessible by human ingenuity.

My heart is filled with its beauty and thanks for God's blessing.
