Tropical Storm and Power Line
24 x 28 inches

The marks record the movement and power during fleeting moments, as the storm passes in real time.  This juxtaposes with the steady, solid color field of the ground. During the Tropical Storm, I stood in my protective garage and painted, grateful for shelter and in awe of the power in our natural world.
