Most of us believe we must do something before God, that just listening in quiet stillness has no value. It is precisely in no sound we hear our true self and God within. Attention is the essence of prayer.

 

Watch and listen with no need for answers, judgments or images. Listen in the heart, if God knows me better than I know myself, then to know myself will bring me to know God.
