Wisdom is the Strangest of Gifts

The presence of our holy men and women among us on planet earth is
a gift. While they serve as stewards of heaven's love and compassion, these holy ones sent by Creator God serve as inspiration and a reminder to us all about what is our real purpose here. Our visionaries look beyond, examining the self in all its mystical complexity. They illuminate the human relationship to self, to others, and to the divine eternal, stripped of all that is pretentious and artificial, exposed to all that is profound and vulnerable. While they express the inevitable suffering, solitude, and powerlessness that must be endured by the human body, they also celebrate the beauty, dignity, and wondrous soarings of the human soul.
